Product Description

This machine contains rinsing, low vacuum filling machine and capping machine 3in1 monoblock, This machine mainly use for beer, wine, also changed some parts can use for glass bottle, pet bottles filling/ capping for beer drink.

(1). Filler

 The liquid temperature is cooling temperature about 3-5degree

Because the beer contains many foam inside, so this kind valve has 3 filling steps, also has 3times to draw out the air form the liquid, it is very complex procedures. The valve conformation also is very complex

-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design

(2). Capper

For the aluminum and the plastic cap the capping parts are different, in common the aluminum capsules are difficult

For the caps shape, we have the pressing sealing method, screw sealing method

Cap sorter

Caps are transmitted to cap sorter by cap elevator, after sorting, caps get into cap tunnel by recycling device at state of mouth up, when there is cap mouth down, recycling device will recycle it back to sorter.

Then sterilizing caps by caps sterilizer, there is a photoelectric detection switch, controlling caps sorter start and stop according to actual situation.
